Shipping Policy
Welcome to MB PRO TECH! The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to MB PRO TECH. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, handle, and deliver orders placed through our online store (the “Services”).
By placing an order with MB PRO TECH, you agree to the terms of this Shipping Policy, as well as our Terms of Service and Return Policy.
1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another when it has shipped.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time in transit for delivery.
2. SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier delays, weather conditions, or factors beyond our control.
3. LOCAL PICKUP
Customers located near our store at 569 St. Mary’s Rd, Winnipeg, MB can choose Free Local Pickup during checkout. You’ll receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.
Pickup hours:
Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Saturdays: 10:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Please bring your order confirmation and a valid photo ID when picking up your order.
4. SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
5. DELIVERY ISSUES
MB PRO TECH is not responsible for:

Delays caused by the carrier or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they have been marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.

Customs delays or import duties on international orders (if applicable).

6. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, the shipping label, and your order number. We’ll assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible in accordance with our Return Policy.
7. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time, MB PRO TECH ships only within Canada. We do not currently offer international shipping.
